Contact for data matters: hello@awesomeworks.ai

1. What data we process

2. Purposes and legal bases

Providing your data in the form is voluntary, but without your name, phone number, and email address we will not be able to respond to the inquiry.

3. What happens to the form data

A form submission goes to our backend hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH servers (data center in Germany, EU). There we store it as an inquiry in CallWise, our own contact-handling system (infrastructure also in the EU), and the team gets an email notification sent through the Resend service. We do not sell form data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Data may also be disclosed to entities authorized under applicable law.

4. How long we keep the data

5. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to hello@awesomeworks.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. In your browser's storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) we keep only the demo chat window's settings, such as the conversation history for the current tab. This data never leaves your browser and does not reach us.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the scope of services or the list of providers changes. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.
